Dimensions and precision of stainless steel
1. The actual thickness of the steel plate should conform to the allowable deviation of the thickness (thickness has two kinds of dimensional accuracy: ordinary thickness PT.A, high precision thickness
PT.B). (View: National Standard for Stainless Steel Plate Thickness for Pressure Equipment)
2. The allowable deviation of the width of the steel plate shall meet the following requirements:
For cold-rolled steel sheets and strips,
Case 1: 1.5-2.5mm thick cold-rolled steel plate: the width tolerance is +2mm
Situation 2: > 2.5 ~ 3.5mm thick cold-rolled steel plate: the width tolerance is +3mm
Case 3: > 3.5 ~ 8mm thick cold-rolled steel plate: the width tolerance is +4mm
For hot-rolled steel sheets and strips,
Case 1: Trimmed, width 600~2100mm, width tolerance is +6mm
Situation 2: If the edge is not trimmed, the allowable deviation of the width shall be negotiated by the supplier and the buyer
3. Allowable deviation of length
The allowable deviation of the length of hot-rolled thick steel plate, hot-rolled coiled steel plate, and cold-rolled coiled steel plate shall comply with the corresponding regulations: +0.5%×nominal length,
0 (ie 0~+0.5%×nominal length)
4. Shape, sickle curve, cutting slope, unevenness
For the corresponding accuracy requirements, refer to the provisions in GB/T24511-2017.
